Clean Hike Nepal is a non-profit, volunteer-driven initiative that organizes hiking and cleanup events across Nepal. Our mission is to promote environmental awareness, responsible tourism, and community involvement by encouraging participants to clean hiking routes and natural areas while enjoying Nepal’s scenic beauty.
Clean Hike Nepal operates as a non-profit and charitable organization under the applicable laws of Nepal. All funds and donations collected are used solely for organizational operations, environmental conservation activities, awareness campaigns, and event management. No part of the organization’s income or assets is distributed to any member, organizer, or participant for personal gain.
By registering for or participating in any Clean Hike Nepal event, all participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation: Participation in Clean Hike Nepal activities is entirely voluntary.
Assumption of Risk: Participants understand that hiking and cleanup activities may involve physical exertion and potential risks, including but not limited to injury, weather hazards, or terrain-related challenges.
Personal Responsibility: Each participant is responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during the event.
Liability Waiver: Clean Hike Nepal, its organizers, partners, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in any event.
Environmental Conduct: Participants agree to act responsibly, follow local laws, and respect the natural environment and communities encountered during events.
Use of Media: Participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, or media captured during events for promotional, educational, or reporting purposes by Clean Hike Nepal.
All contributions and donations made to Clean Hike Nepal are non-refundable and will be used to support environmental cleanup projects, logistics, volunteer support, and outreach programs. Clean Hike Nepal maintains transparency in the use of funds and provides updates or reports as appropriate.
All logos, event names, and materials associated with Clean Hike Nepal are the intellectual property of the organization and may not be used without prior written permission.
